An Invitation

Since launching my intention to develop a series of educational programming in May 2023, I’ve been working diligently to refine my strategic plan to expand educational programming and build community around a shared vision of learning, spiritual embodiment, and belonging.

This means building community in community and with like-minded individuals like you who resonate with this vision and aspire to collectively explore and co-construct solutions to emerging challenges and have a meaningful impact.

I can’t do it alone. To take this work to the next stage, I invite you to become a “Community Steward” by contributing your talent and professional expertise to help us expand our work.

Said the Messenger of God ﷺ:

كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ

“Each of you is a steward [shepherd], and even of you is responsible for his/her flock…”

In line with my core values, I thrive to lead a community that emulates the model of Prophetic leadership. Today, this translates into a values-driven, professional, and collaborative endeavor that draws on the array of experience and expertise of our members.

I believe that together we can build a community that we are proud to be a part of and to invite our children, parents, family, and friends to join.

  • The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for curating engaging, meaningful, and aesthetically pleasing content for social media, newsletters, and educational resources (e.g.: slides, workbooks).

    The position is Ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, creative communication, and bringing scholarly ideas to life for the public.

  • The Programs Manager will play a crucial role in developing and organizing educational programs in Dr. Sheibani's initiatives.

    She will support the creation of transformative learning experiences in the areas of Applied Spirituality and Islamic Law, working with Dr. Sheibani to prepare content for online courses and in-person retreats.

  • The Community Manager will nurture our growing community, develop effective communication strategies, and enhance our public presence across platforms. She will engage members of Dr. Sheibani’s educational community and broader audience to better understand their needs and to feedback into the strategic priorities and approach.

  • The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, preparation and successful delivery of the multi-year Islamic Law Initiative (ILI) launching in 2025. The ILI includes educational content development, programs online and offline designed to engage and inform the Muslim community, training programs for Muslim practitioners, and self-guided resources.

    The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all educational content, digital materials, and marketing assets are fully developed and ready for launch. Reporting directly to Dr. Sheibani, the Project Manager will ensure that the ILI meets its objectives and is ready for implementation.

  • The Research Manager will translate Dr. Sheibani’s academic research into accessible digital content for the broader Muslim community. Guided by a research insights framework, she will distill key takeaways from Dr. Sheibani’s academic publications and oversee the development of these insights into digital assets.
